The isle of Arran or simply Arran is a small, 432 square kilometer, island in Scotland. It’s located in the Firth of Clyde off the coast of west Scotland. The northern part is mountainous with the Goat Fell as highest point (875 meter). The southern part is lower and cultivated. Particularly interesting from a photography perspective is the approximately 100 kilometer long coastline with beaches and several more rocky sections.
